Founded in 2008 by physician, health coach and athlete K Gabrielle Gaspar, Gage Health Institute is a resource to help people live healthful lives. Our team members are passionate certified professionals with backgrounds in lifestyle medicine, health coaching, disease prevention, nutrition, and endurance training.
Dr. Gaspar began practicing medicine in 2001 and has witnessed first hand the increasing chronic disease in our society. Obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, and general fatigue are becoming the norm rather than the exception. And these conditions are wreaking havoc on people's lives. We believe we can change that! Gage Health Institute is dedicated to helping people optimize their health and reduce their risk of chronic illness.
